Bentham - Time Over (english translation)

I have a feeling that I botched this really badly, but here's my attempt at translating this song into English.

The way I read it was that "time over" meant the person singing was dying, and I assumed that's what the doppelgangers in the video meant. However, I saw another translation that took a very different approach to it, so I might be way off.
