WARNING: Some of my English translations are very sketchy. My Japanese is far from fluent (in other words, bad), and I would appreciate any corrections. The romaji should be correct. Any English or Katakana words are written in CAPS LOCK in the romaji. Please don't post these translations anywhere else, because I go back to fix them from time to time and I don't want old versions floating around.

THURSDAY'S YOUTH - Haurou (english translation)
這う廊 / Creeping Corridor*
Music and Lyrics: Shinoyama Kosei
Living a life without dreams,
There was no meaning either, and I was fretting
Living an aimless life,
Even though I still have nothing to hope for, it’s a “Beautiful Life”
If poisoned bread was being distributed, I would still hold out my hand for it**
I’ve hit countless obstacles and wandered completely off course***
Things haven’t gone my way, always
I’ve gotten good at playing the victim, but won’t you praise me a bit?
It’s not impossible, right?
Is help out there somewhere?
How low? Low? That’s right
These days I’ve swept up and thrown away
How long? Long? How long will this go on?
Today as well, I’m taking my tomorrows out with the trash
I’m sorry but, today, in this rain, “I need you”
Living a life without dreams,
There was no meaning either, and I was fretting
I’ve hit countless obstacles and wandered completely off course***
Things haven’t gone my way, always
I want someone to stain my boring self,
But there’s no one else here, is there?
It’s not impossible, right?
I can’t find the light anywhere
How low? Low? That’s right
These days I’ve swept up and thrown away
How long? Long? How long will this go on?
Today as well, I’m taking my tomorrows out with the trash
I’m sorry but, today, in this rain, “I need you”
“I’m going to see you” and yet,
You don’t want anything anymore
Anything anymore…
How low? Low? That’s right
These days I’ve swept up and thrown away
How long? Long? How long will this go on?
Today as well, I’m taking my tomorrows out with the trash
Notes:
*I think the image is like he’s creeping into a hallway of an apartment building to throw out the bags of garbage? Although I'm pretty sure the main reason he picked this for the title is because it sounds like “How low”, so consider that as part of the meaning – how low this person feels
**I think the implication is that this person is just hopelessly naïve/unlucky, but I’m not positive about this line
***Not sure I'm reading the “hate ni” here right
